PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a T-shirt printed on a cloth with excellent reproducibility with an article including a picture put on a front page of a sports newspaper. SOLUTION: The T-shirt 1 is obtained by using as original data digital layout data 10 for forming press plate made by a newspaper publishing company, performing on the data selection work of design range and adjustment work of scale to make image data 12 for print, transferring the image data 12 to a transfer paper 14 and retransferring a design 5 on the image data 12 to the T-shirt 1. Since the digital layout data 10 for forming press print is used as original data, there is no failure that details of the design become unclear because of the deterioration of the image when making the image data 12, and the clear design 5 with image density almost equal to that of the page of a sports newspaper can be formed on the T-shirt 1 with high reproducibility.
