PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication medium, which can be easily opened by a receiver and is excellent in aesthetic appearance. SOLUTION: The communication medium comprise at least three pieces of paper of an intermediate paper piece 6, an upper paper piece 7 and a lower paper piece 8. Further, in the communication media, an opening perforation 2 is arranged along three sides other than a side 4, which is the cover of a media body, the external edge section of the perforation 2 in the intermediate paper piece 6 is bonded to the upper paper piece 7 and the intermediate edge of the perforation 2 in the intermediate paper piece 6 is bonded to the lower paper piece 8 sequentially along the perforation 2.
