<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent not only the recontamination of an endoscope caused by tap water used in the rinsing after the disinfection process but also the contamination within the pipeline of the apparatus itself. <P>SOLUTION: In the washing and disinfecting apparatus for the endoscope, a neutral water generator B which includes a saline solution tank 10, a pump P4 for feeding the saline solution in the tank and an electrolytic cell equipped with a metal electrode is assembled thereinto and a proper amount of the neutral electrolytic water with a high concentration of chlorine generated by the generator is added to the tap water supply path to be used in the rinsing process after the disinfection process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
