PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device provided with a sensor capable of preventing disturbance in output signals of the sensor caused by circumferential move of the sensor to a fixed side race ring due to an external load. SOLUTION: This bearing device provided with a sensor 10 comprises a rolling bearing 10a comprising a plurality of rolling elements 11 incorporated between a pair of race rings 12 and 13 to be capable of rolling. It is provided with the sensor 22 to detect a state of the fixed side race ring 13, a circular sensor cover 26 fixed to an axial end part of the fixed side race ring 13, and a circular sensor housing 21 fixed inward of the sensor cover 26 to hold the sensor 22 inward. The sensor cover 26 is fixed as it is fastened to a groove 15 having circumferentially nonuniform depth formed in an inner diametric surface or an outer diametric surface of the fixed side race ring 13.
