CONTEXT-BASED COMMUNICATION METHOD AND ITS CONTEXT-BASED MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a context-based communication method and its context-based mobile communication system. SOLUTION: The context-based mobile communication system includes a context generating part for preserving context information including area attributes and communication limitation policies of a specific area, and a terminal which tunes its own communication right exercise policy and said communication limitation policy in response to context information reported from the context generating part and which operates by automatically setting an operating mode according to the mediated policy based on the result. Thus, both terminal users grasp the context of a caller in advance to prepare a more efficient interaction, and automates a process of determining an appropriate dealing measure on the basis of the context to ignore or refuse an unwanted call mismatched to the situation even without paying attention every time.
