PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rocker arm superior in strength and having stem guide parts for optionally setting the guide depth. SOLUTION: This rocker arm 1 has a pair of side wall parts 4 bent and formed so as to be opposed to each other, a first connecting part 2, a second connecting part 3 and a hollow hole 5. The first connecting part 2 forms a pair of stem guide parts 21 for guiding a valve stem part 611 in a valve 61 of an engine 6 from the left-right both sides. The pair of stem guide parts 21 are mutually oppositely formed by bending from an end part of the left-right both sides of the first connecting part 2 toward the opposite side of the side for bending and forming the pair of side wall parts 4.
