<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aseptic filling and packaging method and a device therefor which sterilize a filling nozzle in an inflation tube in an aseptic state, dispense with an aseptic booth, and reduce the initial cost. <P>SOLUTION: A filling nozzle 6 which is exposed to outside air first is surrounded in a tubular film F extruded from an inflation die 8 when a device 1 is started, and sterilized by heating the filling nozzle 6 in the state, or with germicide sprayed from a germicide spray nozzle 15. Thereafter, the filling nozzle 6 is constantly covered by the tubular film F to be film-deposited, and the aseptic state can be maintained. Content L is filled from the sterilized filling nozzle 6, and the nozzle is closed by a heat seal device 12 to perform the aseptic filling and packaging. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
