<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotational motion conversion device having less number of parts, formed in a simple structure, reduced in size, particularly advantageous for reduction in thickness, and capable of easily and securely converting the rotational motion of a rotor to the other motion. <P>SOLUTION: This rotational motion conversion device 1 comprises a vibrator 6 having a piezoelectric element and vibrating by an AC voltage applied to the piezoelectric vibrator, the rotor 51 abutting on the vibrator 6 and rotated by a repeated force applied thereto by the vibration of the vibrator 6, and a power transmission part formed integrally with the rotor 51.
