PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide coated particles free from lowering of solubility by aggregation in water and deterioration of quality in long term storage, excellent in dispersibility and capable of preventing adhesion to a granulator and a detergent composition. SOLUTION: The coated particles are obtained by treating a granulated substance obtained by coating the surface of water-soluble inorganic nuclear particles with a salt-sensitive polymer with fine powder of a salt and/or aqueous solution of the salt capable of sensitizing the salt-sensitive polymer.
