PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing wall structure which prevents inside dew condensation without being provided with a moistureproof airtight layer and which enhances yield strength. SOLUTION: In this bearing wall structure 1, an external wall 3, an external facing substrate material 5, a thermal insulating material 7 and an interior finishing material 9 are formed from an outdoor side to an indoor side in this order. An air-permeable layer 11 is formed between the external wall 3 and the substrate material 5.
