<p>The air feed device for a gas burner, particularly for a heating apparatus, has a blower for supply of combustion air. Downstream or upstream of the air feed device is a gas feed unit and connected beyond it is a flow channel for the gas/air mixture heading to a burner surface. At least three interconnected feed units (4) have identical contours, which by inclined adjustment produce a swirl. Through the inclined adjustment, in the downstream direction a narrowing free flow cross-section is created within the air feed device. The interconnected feed units are fitted in a cylindrical outer cover (5) and extend with their outer edges to the inner wall of the outer cover. Each feed unit has an inclined slot (6), in which the front edge of a further feed unit engages.</p> |
