PURPOSE: A laminator having a shredder is provided to reduce manufacturing cost and offer convenience to a user by integrating the shredder with the laminator. CONSTITUTION: A laminator having a shredder is composed of a pair of disk-shaped blades(20) rotatably installed at a supporter(21), a pair of pressing rollers(10) fixed to a bracket(11) and pressing a coating paper with high temperature, a driving motor(30) engaged with a gear coupled to a shaft of the pressing rollers, and a power switching lever. The power switching lever includes a pivot coupled to the bracket, a knob, first and second planetary gears engaged with a sun gear(32) and a driven gear(22) in the disk-shaped blades, and a stopper. The stopper is fixed to a stopper groove formed at the bracket.
