<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently trade human resources among companies and provide communication between the company accepting the human resources and the company releasing them, thereby eliminating the need for the company accepting the human resources to provide recruitment advertising or conduct employment tests, and allowing the company releasing the human resources to easily help the former employers find jobs after dismissal. <P>SOLUTION: This system includes a network means for providing communication between a plurality of companies planning to accept and/or release human resources; a management means for compiling into a database human resource information about acceptance and/or release input from each company and for managing this information; a search means for searching the human resource information for human resources matching the plans of each company for the acceptance and/or release of human resources; and a human resource trading support means for providing support in trading human resources between the matching companies according to the search results provided by the search means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
