PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new compound having a strong inhibitory activity for protein tyrosine kinase, especially Syk family tyrosine kinase and useful as a medicine. SOLUTION: The compound is represented by general formula (I) [wherein, R<SP>1</SP>is hydrogen, a lower alkyl group, a cycloalkyl group, a phenyl group or a naphthyl group, a heteroaryl group or the like which may be substituted; A is hydrogen, an NR<SP>2</SP>R<SP>3</SP>or a heteroaryl group; and X<SP>1</SP>and X<SP>2</SP>are mutually different in which either one thereof is a nitrogen atom and the other is a group represented by a C(R<SP>14</SP>)].
