PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain reference signals that are always stable without being influenced by leakage in shading from the pixel for optical black in an image sensor. SOLUTION: In an image sensor using an optical sensor circuit outputting sensor signals by converting the electric current flowing to a photoelectric conversion device according to the quantity of incident light in photographing into a voltage signal in a weak inversion state using the properties of the sub-threshold region of a transistor with logarithmic properties for a pixel, and provided with a pixel for optical black with a light-receiving part shaded in a part, there is provided a means inhibiting the influence of light due to the leakage in shading in photographing by injecting an electric charge to the parasitic capacity of the photoelectric conversion device in the pixel for optical black before photographing.
