PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bulletin holder which is easy to adjust size, can be easily assembled, has simple constitution and can prevent deviation between a base material and a cover member. SOLUTION: The bulletin holder 1 is provided with the base material 3 manufactured by extrusion molding, the cover member 5 which is manufactured by extrusion molding, is provided to freely turn to the base material 3 and presses the bulletin to the base material 3 and a screw 7 attached at an end face of the base material. A pivotally attached part 19 of the cover member 5 is attached to a shaft part of the base material to freely turnably, the pivotally attached part 19 is attached to the base material by passing through the shaft part 11 of the base material 3 from one end side, the shaft part 11 is a screw hole formed simultaneously with extrusion molding of the base material 3 and the screw 7 is joined to the screw hole of the shaft part by screw connection to prevent the pivotally attached part 19 from sliding in a longitudinal direction of the shaft part 11.
