PURPOSE: A work glove having a spacing between fingers is provided which is designed for stitching points to be movable toward the first knuckle of each finger, thereby removing pinching, relieving fatigue and ultimately improving working efficiency. CONSTITUTION: The work glove comprises: a rectangular palm sheet(100) having a thumb hole(1) severed from its lower portion; four finger sheet having portions of an index finger(2), a middle finger(3), a ring finger(4), and a little finger(5) integrally formed and stitched with an upper end of the palm sheet(100); a back sheet(300) having portions of a back index finger(6), a back middle finger(7), a back ring finger(8), and a back little finger(9) integrally formed and stitched with a top surface of the finger sheet together with the palm sheet(200); a thumb sheet(400) stitched to the thumb hole(1) of the palm sheet(100); and a cuff(500), wherein at least one of stitching points(a,b,c) between each of the index finger(2), middle finger(3) and ring finger(4) is movably configured to be stitched to at least one of back stitching points(A,B,C).
