<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation facility which can operate in a condition of high energy recover efficiency according to variations of external force and which can give a stable output. <P>SOLUTION: The power generation facility 10 of the invention is characterized by comprising a hydraulic pump 16 driven by a wind mill 12, a hydraulic pump motor 18 rotatively driven with operating oil from the hydraulic pump, an electric generator 14 driven by the hydraulic pump motor, an accumulator 58 connected to an oil passage 46, an unload oil passage 48 branching from a branch point in the oil passage, a shut-off valve 50 provided in the unload oil passage, a check valve 66 provided in the oil passage between the branch point and the accumulator, and a shut-off valve 60 provided in the oil passage between the accumulator and the hydraulic pump motor. In this construction, controlling the shut-off valves 50, 60 for opening and closing allows a revolution number of a rotary shaft of the hydraulic pump motor to be kept within a constant range and rated power generation to be performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
