PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein there is not provided heretofore a floor expected to secure safety with barrier-free countermeasures in addition to sound insulating performance, the squeak of the floor, and the occurrence of defects caused by the expansion/contraction of floor members. SOLUTION: In this soundproof double floor using a clearance hiding member in a butt-laid state, at least one of the clearance hiding member 7, an opening lower horizontal member 6 and strip flooring 1 has a slanting part, and the clearance hiding member and the opening lower horizontal member, or the clearance hiding member and the strip flooring are overlapped using the slanting part to provide a soundproof double floor having a barrier-free function, wherein the slanting part angle of the opening lower horizontal member, clearance hiding member and strip flooring is 2°to 45°, or the slanting part length of the opening lower horizontal member, clearance hiding member and strip flooring is 5 mm or more in horizontal distance, and further the upper face height difference among the opening lower horizontal member, strip flooring and clearance hiding member is within 5 mm.
