<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optimizing device which can mount electronic parts more efficiently. <P>SOLUTION: An optimizing part 203 determines a first allocation of parts to mounting devices, calculates first mounting time required for mounting all the electronic parts allocated to the mounting devices on a circuit board by the mounting devices under the first allocation, selects any two mounting devices out of a plurality of mounting devices, and selects one sort of electronic parts allocated to the selected mounting devices, then determines a second allocation by mutually exchanging the allocation of selected electronic part to the selected devices, calculates second mounting time to be required for mounting all the electronic parts allocated to the mounting devices by the second allocation on the circuit board by the mounting devices and adopts an allocation requiring shorter mounting time out of the first allocation and the second allocation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
