PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crimping sleeve integrated with a cover capable of preventing water from infiltrating in a sleeve main body even if reducing the amount of a compound, and capable of reducing a manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: In this crimping sleeve 30 integrated with the cover, wherein an insulation coating layer 21 is formed to cover the periphery of a metal cylindrical sleeve main body 20, both ends of the insulation coating layer 21 in a longitudinal direction are cylindrical end parts 22, 22 cylindrically formed longer than both ends of the sleeve main body 20 in a longitudinal direction. Recessed grooves 22a, 22a are provided on end sides inside of the cylindrical end parts 22, 22, cylindrical and tapered caps 24, 24 are inserted not to come off, and cylindrical water proof rings 23, 23 are provided between the caps 24, 24 and the cylindrical end parts 22, 22.
