PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implement and method for anchoring a removal type anchor causing no pollution of the surrounding environment by allowing manual drawing of a steel wire without using a machine. SOLUTION: An anchoring outer cylinder is provided for enclosing the underground side end of the steel wire, and the steel wire is gripped from the periphery by a grip mechanism provided inside the outer cylinder.
