PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushion member, i.e., a buffer member having important and basic elements for electronic equipment such as resiliency, heat resistance, and heat radiating capability. SOLUTION: This buffer member comprises a sponge-like metal 2 having excellent heat conductivity and a filling material 3 formed by filling an adhesive elastomer in the air bubbles of the sponge-like metal.
