PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transplanter capable of simultaneously transplanting two rows adjacent each other such as 1st and 2nd rows or 3rd and 4th rows from the end of a ridge 8. SOLUTION: This transplanter has a pot-joined body 24 obtained by joining many seedling pots 10 in an endless state, spanning the pot-joined body 24 in a long oval-shaped state in the left and right direction of the machine body between two vertical shafts through an engaging element so as to project from the upper side of a control lever to one side thereof and to move each seedling pot 10 from the front of an operator positioned behind the control lever through the upper side of planting hole-opening tools 12 and 13 to be returned to the front side of the operator positioned behind the control lever again, setting a valve 30 at the bottom of each seedling pot 10, setting a roller 33 for opening and closing the valve 30 at the position of feeding seedings into the planting hole-opening tools 12 and 13, and setting a long oval-shaped rail 31 corresponding to the pot-joined body 24 below the pot-joined body 24.
