The dosing device (10) has a channel component (12,14) constructed dosing chamber, with a fastener (24) at the output end of the channel component. A vacuum is generated in an area (32) of the channel component, which causes an agglomeration of the bulk powder material (20), thereby reducing or completely closing off the area of the channel through which the material can flow.
