<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly and precisely perform an integrated management of printers set in a plurality of bases, including replenishment and maintenance of consumable supplies and charging processing. <P>SOLUTION: An information management device 30 acquires consumption data of consumable supplies consumed by printers 50a and 50b set in a plurality of bases such as photographic studios or shopping malls, transmits to a computer 40 of a sales management part of every block the consumption data of the consumable supplies of the printers in the block concerned to make the sales management part manage the replenishment of the consumable supplies. The computer 40 of the sales management part calculates the printing charge to the printing by the printers on the basis of the consumption data of consumable supplies, and transits it to a computer 45 of a maintenance management part. The computer 45 of the maintenance management part transmits maintenance and education charges as the expense required for maintenance and education with the printing charge to the printers.
