PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pressurize water or liquid within a pressure tank utilizing the pressure of tap water or air, inject the liquid, operate a piston and rotate a rotary table by using them in combination with the rotary table for taking power and rotation. SOLUTION: An internal small balloon is inflated vertically long and elongated by injecting liquid that has been pressurized by tap water or air force into a piston mounting hardware that uses pressure. As a result, a pushing rod is pushed forward, and the rotary table is started by the force. A permanent magnet provided on a polarized rod repels a permanent magnet on the rotary table, which is converted to a rotating force, thereby rotating the rotary table and thus obtaining piston operation and its rotating force. The water used during pressurization is not discarded but reused by connecting a piping to the balloon for use in pressurization and attaching a water faucet at the tip thereof.
