<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sub display besides a main display and start an arbitrary desired application even if it cannot be checked with an alarm or by displaying on the main display. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile information device has a main display (12a), a sub display (14) provided besides the main display, and a detection means for detecting information to be noticed to users.
