PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize areas not in an allowable temperature/humidity range even when a temperature distribution of a high temperature area and a low temperature area occurs in a spray booth due to supplying of air-conditioned air from a one end side. SOLUTION: A main control means PG1 is provided for carrying out feedback control of temperature and humidity of the air-conditioned air so that temperature and humidity detected by a temperature/humidity sensor S1 with higher priority of at least two temperature/humidity sensors S1 and S2 measuring temperatures and humidities of the high temperature area and the low temperature area of the temperature distribution in an air-conditioned room is maintained in the allowable temperature/humidity range C set on an air line chart. A correction control means PG2 is provided for correcting a set value of the temperature and humidity of the air-conditioned air so that a temperature difference between a detected temperature detected by the other temperature/humidity sensor S2 and a critical temperature of the allowable temperature/humidity range becomes minimum when the temperature and humidity detected by the other temperature/humidity sensor S2 are not within the allowable temperature/humidity range C.
