PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cordless type portable lighting lamp capable of easily illuminating a complicated narrow area to be illuminated by reducing a diameter of a lighting body, and capable of reducing a work load and improving design by reducing size and weight of the grip body. SOLUTION: This portable lighting lamp 1 houses a rechargeable battery of a lithium ion battery, a lighting starting mechanism 28 provided with an inverter etc. and others, and comprises a grip body 10 having a size with which it can be held with a finger as portable and a translucent illumination body 30 housing and protecting a fluorescent tube 37 in a protection cylinder 32 integrally connected with the grip body 10 and wherein a reflecting member 33 is provided on its inner surface. The charger 40 charging the portable lighting lamp 1 is provided with a charge supporting frame part 42 comprising a raised part dividing a grip body insertion part 43 wherein the grip body 10 of the portable lighting lamp 1 is inserted to charge and a rechargeable battery insertion part 47 wherein the rechargeable battery 9 is inserted and charged on a base part 41.
