PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent toner fusing and cleaning failure, in a cleaner which axially conveys toner with an a-Si screw spring. SOLUTION: The cleaning device removes an agglomerations on a blade edge with the screw spring and, at the same time, detects vibration with a piezoelectric element disposed in the middle of the blade. Vibration of the blade is restricted by subjecting the above detected signal to the antiphase amplification and applying it to each of piezoelectric elements disposed on both ends of the blade.
