PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensively manufacturable desk mat composed of an upper sheet and a lower sheet, in which an environmental problem is taken into consideration, both sheets are not shifted at the time of use, and dirt is easily removed by separating both sheets. SOLUTION: The desk mat comprises the upper sheet 4 composed of polyolefin based resin and the lower sheet 5 composed of the polyolefin resin of the same as or different from that of the upper sheet, and they are connected at the peripheral edge parts of the piled-up upper and lower sheets by a freely attachable and detachable engaging means 7 by only the crossing in a vertical direction of sheet materials with each other.
