<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat cable structure capable of carrying out a discharge measure against static without increasing the number of components. <P>SOLUTION: One side surface 13d for attaching one end 14a of a reinforcing insulation film 14 is set as a side surface adjacent to a circuit board 9, and the other edge 14c of the insulation film 14 is extended so as to interlay the insulation film 14 between a flat cable body 13 and the circuit board 9.
