PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily hook a thread to a needle bar thread guide and to make a needle thread hooked to the needle bar thread guide hardly detachable. SOLUTION: A first needle bar thread guide 50 is provided with a first thread guide part 54 for guiding the needle thread 11f in a direction of crossing with the moving direction of the needle thread 11f to be hooked and a first thread hooking part 55 in the shape of being opened to the outside capable of introducing and hooking the needle thread 11f guided by the first thread guide part 54. A second needle bar thread guide 51 is provided with a second thread guide part 58 for guiding the needle thread 11f in the direction of crossing with the moving direction of the needle thread 11f to be hooked and a second thread hooking part in the shape of being opened to the outside capable of introducing and hooking the needle thread 11f guided by the second thread guide part 58. The first and second thread guide parts 54 and 58 are constituted so as to cross with each other in a plane view, and when the needle thread 11f is moved in a prescribed moving direction, the needle thread 11f is guided by the first and second thread guide parts 54 and 58 and hooked to the first thread hooking part 55 and the second thread hooking part.
