<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform delivery control and inventory control easily and appropriately. <P>SOLUTION: In this system, a detection data signal related to rice storing amount transmitted from a rice stocker device 1 arranged in each store 71 is received and controlled by a general control center 75 for each rice stocker device 1, the general control center 75 determines a rice amount delivered by each rice stocker device 1 based on the detection data signal and transmits a rice delivery command signal S82 about the rice amount delivered to each rice stocker device 1 to each rice delivery center 78 determined for each rice stocker device 1, and each rice delivery center 78 delivers rice to each rice stocker device 1 based on the rice delivery command signal S82.
