PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a standing signboard or the like causes little display change between day and night and becomes unobtrusive at night in particular. SOLUTION: The standing signboard at day time is set so that mesh material is used on the surface of the standing signboard, and characters and designs are exhibited thereon and are recognized with the sunlight. The standing signboard at night is set so that light emitting materials charged in tubes embedded in the standing signboard are used, light is allowed to pass through the mesh material by utilizing the translucency of the mesh material on the surface of the signboard and the characters and designs can be recognized, and the remarkably outstanding signboard is thus realized.
