PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materializes a weight reduction of a valve element while reducing a fluid resistance when a valve is fully and intermediately opened without reducing a fluid coefficient when fully opened. SOLUTION: A boss part for a valve rod is outwardly expanded in upper and lower parts of the Y-axis direction of a disk-like valve element.
