PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece carrying tool which can stably hold a workpiece. SOLUTION: According to the structure of the workpiece carrying tool 40, chains 43 and wires 80 which hang a workpiece holding unit 42 are diagonally hung with respect to the vertical direction, and function to horizontally pull the workpiece holding unit 42, respectively, and therefore the workpiece holding unit 42 is stably held at a predetermined horizontal location with respect to an upper base 41. Thus the workpiece 50 can be more stably held and carried than before. Further before the workpiece 50 is held by the workpiece holding unit 42, an inclination of a lower base with respect to the upper base is allowed by canceling locking by a locking unit 60, and after holding of the workpiece by the workpiece holding unit 42, the workpiece holding unit 42 is locked (fixed) to the upper base 41 by the locking unit 60, and therefore the workpiece 50 is further stably carried than before.
