PURPOSE: An observation window of a chamber exposed to microwaves is provided to enable observation of details of the inside of the chamber, to facilitate manufacture of the observation, and to reduce the cost. CONSTITUTION: An observation window of a chamber exposed to microwaves includes a support frame(10) and at least transparent cover plate(12a) attached to the support frame to close the camber. The transparent cover plate has a metal screen(14a) to prevent transmission of microwaves. The metal screens are movably seated on the support frame. The screens are movable by driving mechanisms(16,18) to increase the observation performance through the screens.
