PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an interlayer adhesive developing no opacification under retort treatment, excellent in bonding performance, etc. consisting of a thermoplastic polyurethane containing a specific amount of polyethylene glycol as soft segment. SOLUTION: This adhesive is used for interlayer bonding between (A) at least one kind of polymer selected from the group consisting of polyamide-based polymer and polyester-based polymer each as film material and (B) at least one kind of polymer selected from the group consisting of chlorine-contg. vinyl polymer composed of structural unit(s) of formula I and/or formula II ((m) and (n) are each number of moles of the structural unit(s), (m+n)=100, 0<=(m)<=100, <=0X(n)1100) and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer saponified products, in produceing a multilayer film by coextrusion molding process. This interlayer adhesive c:onsists of a thermoplastic polyurethane made from polymeric polyol component 700-3,500 in number - average molecular weight containing 5-70wt.% of polyethylene glycol 200-3,000 in number - average molecular weight, an organic diisocyanate component and a c:hain extender component and having a melt viscosityηa a of 150-700 Pa sN at 220 deg.C under a shear rate of 100s<-1> . |
