PURPOSE: An education system and an education service offering method using the Internet are provided to give a learning motive to a trainee of an Internet education site by offering an incentive for returning a part of a registration fee if the trainee fulfills a learning course faithfully. CONSTITUTION: A processor module(130) controls the education system(100). A settlement interface(180) interfaces an external settlement part(190) in order to receive the registration fee from the trainees(110:1-110:n) and offer the incentive to a part of the trainees. A trainee database(140) stores the information for the trainees receiving an education service by registering to the education system. An ability measurement problem database(150) stores the problems for measuring an ability of the trainee. A learning material database(160) stores the learning material for proving the education service. A learning volume measuring module(170) measures a learning volume of the trainee.
