PURPOSE: A door hinge is provided to improve safety when opening a door and airtightness when closing a door. CONSTITUTION: The door hinge comprises the steps of fitting a middle cam(220) provided with symmetric cam planes(222,223) into a column(211) of a movable hinge unit to be rotated together with the column(211), installing movable cams(120b) formed on cam planes(122,123) corresponding to the cam planes(222,223) of the middle cam(220) into both columns(111a) of a fixed hinge unit by long bolts(310) to be adhered closely to both sides of the middle cam(220) by springs, and dividing each cam plane(122,123,222,223) of the movable cams(120b) and the middle cam(220) into opening-closing sections having an appointed gradient between both end projections, buffer sections having the gentler gradient than the opening-closing sections, and undercut sections inclined in the opposite direction to the buffer sections.
