PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the life of a charging type power source unit and reduce a consumption current of a charge/discharge control circuit of the power source unit. SOLUTION: A voltage dividing circuit 1, a voltage detecting circuit 2 for overcharge, a voltage detecting circuit 3 for overdischarge and a control circuit 4 are connected in parallel with a secondary battery of a power source. The control circuit 4 detects a state of the secondary circuit from the voltage detecting circuits 2, 3, and outputs a signal VS for controlling power supply to an external apparatus or charge by using an external power source. Further, the control circuit reduces a current flowing in the voltage dividing circuit by controlling a switching element 5 installed in series with the voltage dividing circuit 1. |
