摘要 PURPOSE: Provided are a method and an apparatus for externally applying high intensive focused ultra-sonic wave(HIFU) to perform a medical treatment, an irregular pulse of the heart, in particular, auricular fibrillation; to enhance the accuracy in the procedure for a heart organ flux using HIFU; to increase the efficiency of the procedure; to decrease the risk in the procedure and to reduce an external wound by a part of invasion used to emulsion the heart organ. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for performing the flux of the heart organ using the ultra-sonic wave comprises a beacon(20) and a set of ultra-sonic wave converter(30). The beacon(20) is applied to be placed around the heart(42) of a patient. The ultra-sonic wave converter(30) is applied to detect an individual ultra-sonic wave signal from the beacon(20) and to output a time-reversed ultra-sonic wave signal as to at least one feature of the signals from the beacon and has a shape for fluxing the heart organ. The set of the converter(30) is provided to the external surface of the patient body.
