The invention relates to a measuring method and a device for determining the stability of an implant introduced into a bone or of a tooth. In order to examine the primary stability, the implant or the tooth is subjected to a typical load. The micromotions of the implant or the tooth relative to the bone thereby caused are transmitted to a measuring site via an indicator that is motion-controlled by the implant or the tooth, they are subjected to contact endoscopy and digitally recorded. The device according to the invention is characterized by a measuring instrument (3) that is non-positively and reversibly fastened on the implant (1) or the tooth and that comprises a device for receiving and transmitting a defined force application (4). At least one indicator, motion-linked with the implant (1) or the tooth and configured as a transmission film (5; 15), transmits the movements (6; 14) occurring relative to the bone (2) by means of the force application (4) to a measuring site (7) on the bone surface (2a) or an adjacent tooth. A contact endoscope (8) is placed onto the bone surface (2a) and images the measuring site (7). |
