A disc (1) for a disc brake, which has an unusual capability for excellent drainage, comprises a mounting bell (2) for connection to a vehicle wheel hub and a braking band (7) connected to the bell and having opposed braking surfaces (10, 11) for cooperating with pads (12, 13) of calipers in order to exert a braking action on the vehicle, at least one of the braking surfaces having at least one pair of channels (20, 21; 20', 21') which are reflectively symmetrical with respect to a radius (R; R') of the disc and which extend so as to cover the entire width (h) of the braking band which is intended to cooperate with the pads, each channel extending without a break in continuity. Each channel (20, 21; 20', 21') of the at least one pair of channels extends along a path comprising at least one straight portion (22) and at least one curved [bent] portion (23). |
