PURPOSE: An adjusting knob of a heater control panel for a vehicle and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent the damage of an indicator, and to improve heat-resistance. CONSTITUTION: An adjusting knob of a heater control panel is composed of an outer resin part having an indicator(21a), a film(F) attached to the surface of the indicator, and a skin part(25) enclosing the outer resin part. The skin part has a long hole(25a) corresponding to the indicator. The film is exposed through the long hole.
