ANTIBACTERIAL COATING COMPOSITION

PURPOSE: An antibacterial coating composition is provided to widen the application range against various bacteria, particularly against fungi that cause eczema. The coating composition forms a film having improved durability, weather resistance and chlorine resistance by using various antibacterial agents having different efficacies together. CONSTITUTION: The antibacterial coating composition comprises a conventional coating agent such as Teflon, glaze and the like, 1-5wt% of titanium dioxide, 1-5wt% of a silver-thiosulfide complex(£Agp(S2O3)q|-) which is supported to an inorganic carrier and 1-5wt% of tourmaline. The inorganic carrier is apatite.
