PURPOSE: A method is provided to achieve improved operating stability of an organic light emitting device manufactured by a radiation transfer of light emitting material. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises a step of forming an anode(20) on a substrate(10); a step of arranging a donor element including a light emitting material such that the donor element is in a material-transferring relationship with the substrate; a step of forming a light emitting layer(26) on the anode by illuminating radiation to the donor element to cause a transfer of light emitting material and depositing the light emitting material; a step of forming a performance improving layer(32) on the light emitting layer, wherein the performance improving layer includes one or more chemical reducing materials selected to improve performance of the organic light emitting device; a step of forming an electron transport layer(28) on the performance improving layer; and a step of forming a cathode(30) on the electron transport layer.
