The device has a motorized winch with a drum and a frame whose lower part is provided with an entrance (17) and an exit (18) of a pipe (2) to be extracted. A separation unit of the pipe (2) is arranged between the entrance and exit. A hollow wheel (25) arranged at an end of the exit is mounted free in rotation around an axis carried by the frame so that only a traction cable is guided to wind on the drum. The separation unit of the pipe has the exit and a cut.
